Along the bottom you've got 3 buttons:
Drop - every day we drop a new wine with a huge discount
Case - each bottle you buy ends up here, waiting for dispatch
Cellar - all wines you've received from Casedrops
As soon as you're on the app, here's some things to look out for:
1. Check out the Drop. It's been loaded with loads of huge deals for you
2. Check your Cellar. You might find there's already wine waiting for you. This will not dispatch automatically, you've got to fill to 12 bottles or hit dispatch yourself.
3. Tap menu top right. You might want to edit your Dispatch Settings to increase your case size from 12 to 24 bottles to save on shipping fees.
Where's my wine?
You may already have purchased wine before downloading the app! This is held in the Cellar, and won't dispatch automatically. You need to top up to 12 bottles to get that shipped.
Where are all the wines?
We do one huge deal a day! That's why you can't see loads of wines. Check back tomorrow for the next massive deal.
How does delivery work?
When you fill your case, we'll automatically deliver for $19.99. You can increase your case size in Dispatch Settings. Each additional bottle over 12 bottles incurs a delivery fee of $0.99.
What's the membership fee?
The membership fee allows us to cover our costs since we don't make much money on the wines themselves. If you spend more than $150 a year on wine, you'll make back this fee in no time! This fee is non-refundable. You must cancel before you're charged if you don't wish to become a member. Reply to this email if you've forgotten what plan you're on. Can I pause/cancel my membership?
Sure! You can cancel on our app by tapping the top right menu, and then 'Profile'. The cancellation option is in the 'Current Membership Plan' section.
What's the price beat promise?
We promise to beat all other CA retailers by $1 on our wines. If you find it cheaper, we'll beat it.
What if my wine breaks or gets lost in transit?
We know how scary it can be to get wine delivered! Expensive, breakable, nickable... that's why we include Insurance to protect your packages between our door and yours.
What if I don't like the wine?
Our 'no quibble' credit guarantee means we'll credit any bottles if they don't meet your standard. They might be corked, faulty, or you just might not like the taste...no matter, we've got your back!
